These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Quantum Services, a company offering landscaping, handyman, and cleaning services in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. By booking or utilizing our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. 1. Scope of Services Quantum Services provides professional landscaping, handyman, and cleaning services, including but not limited to lawn care, general repairs, house cleaning, etc.]. The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon between the Client and Quantum Services before the start of any work. 2. Service Scheduling • Booking: All services must be scheduled in advance. Clients may schedule services via phone, email, or our online booking system. • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least [24-48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of. 3. Pricing and Payment • Pricing: Pricing for services will be provided in advance based on the agreed scope of work. Estimates may be subject to change if additional services or time are required. • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by [credit card, check, etc.]. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue invoices. 4. Client Responsibilities • Access to Property: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our team. This includes providing necessary permissions to enter private property if applicable. • Materials: The Client agrees to provide necessary materials for certain services if required (e.g., specific cleaning products or tools for handyman services). 5. Service Performance and Warranty • Quality of Work: Quantum Services is committed to delivering high-quality work in a professional and timely manner. In the event of dissatisfaction with our service, the Client must notify us within 7 days for review and resolution. • Warranty: For certain services (such as landscaping or handyman work), Quantum Services offers a warranty of 30 days to correct any defects in workmanship. This does not cover damages caused by external factors or misuse by the Client. 6. Liability Quantum Services will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the Client’s failure to maintain their property or follow provided instructions. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseeable events such as extreme weather, accidents, or vandalism. 7. Privacy and Confidentiality Quantum Services respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the Client. We will not share personal details with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete the services. 8. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Services, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Client’s property, actions, or failure to meet obligations under this Agreement. 9. Termination Either party may terminate the services at any time, with written notice, if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. In such cases, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination. 10. Force Majeure Quantum Services will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events. 11. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. 12. Amendments Quantum Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. 13.
